In order to better understand you and to ensure your background gets a full review by our company for assignments we are currently working on and assignments for which we will be seeking key individuals in the future, please use the following information as a guide to help us qualify you.


Both your resume and answers to these questions should be e-mailed to us as separate, attached word documents. If an opportunity arises that meets your qualifications, one of our staff members will contact you directly and qualify you in greater detail.


  • Develop a list of the types of positions and the types of industries you feel your experience would allow you to succeed in. What I'm looking for here is not just titles but functional responsibilities that you would like to move to in your next opportunity.

  • Name 10 locations you would consider relocating to. If you are not willing to relocate tell me about how much commute time you will tolerate and how much travel time you would be willing to consider in your next position.

  • Describe your compensation expectation. (Please breakout base, bonus, etc.)

  • What do you feel are your management strengths? Be as definitive as you want and if appropriate provide examples of those strengths in action.

  • Define several notable work accomplishments that provide insight into your business capabilities? Again be as definitive in this information as appropriate noting specifically how these accomplishments helped your company achieve new business, save money, expand the customer base, etc.

  • What areas of your previous jobs did you enjoy most? This information includes the area you may want to expand on in your next position

  • Why would you leave your current position for another opportunity; if you already have left your current position please explain the nature of the departure.

  • Provide a summary of your business development/strategic alliance experience if it pertains to your background.

  • Write "an advertisement" about yourself in 100 words or less. This is an opportunity for you to sell yourself, to tell us what makes you special.

  • Are you legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis?
